Products information

The quality of the photos tries to ensure the best reproduction of the object. However, there may be differences in color.

The jewels offered are only available for the duration of the sale according to available stocks, but there are models that can be ordered.


The prices indicated on the site include the costs of ordering, processing and delivery in Switzerland. Prices are in Swiss francs and Euros. Shipping rates outside Switzerland can be partially covered by 'My Josephina'.


The products are delivered to the indicated address.

The delivery time depends on the stock status. If all the items of the order are in stock, the delivery is done at the latest within 4 working days. The products are delivered to the address indicated on the order form.

Carrier Delivery Issues

Any anomaly related to the delivery such as a damaged package or a broken product must imperatively be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. On the other hand, the buyer must send to the carrier a registered letter within 48 hours. The buyer will send us a copy of this letter by email. We will then proceed to exchange the products as long as the stock is available.

Are all items available?

We try to ensure that products listed on our site and are always in stock so that we can ship them to you immediately. In the circumstance that a purchased item is on backorder, it will be specified on the website. 

How do I cancel or change an order?

You may cancel your order at anytime BEFORE we process the order at our fulfillment center, which is normally within 15 minutes of placing an order. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed at our fulfillment center, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Call customer care immediately to help you through this process. Please do not submit order cancellation requests via e-mail, as we cannot guarantee an immediate response.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you’ve just finished placing your order, contact our Customer Care Team immediately by phone and we will attempt to update your order with the new shipping address. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee address changes after an order is placed but we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Product warranty

The duration of the guarantee is of three months on the assembly of the jewel.
